A Search for Intermediate-Mass Black Hole Dark Matter

William Dawson | 17-ERD-120

Executive Summary

We are exploring a method to identify and constrain the fraction of dark matter composed of intermediate-mass black holes and to precisely measure the mass of individual black holes in the Milky Way. This research could be applied to the characterization of satellites and debris and thus supports efforts in space surveillance and security.
