A Machine Learning System to Guide Clinical Procedures in Real-Time

Executive Summary

By combining clinical patient data, mechanistic modeling, and machine learning, we will develop a new system to guide ablation therapy to treat ventricular fibrillation, a major cause of sudden cardiac death. This system will make ablation procedures cheaper, faster, and safer while demonstrating a new approach to computation- and data-driven personalized medicine.
