Metal-Phthalocyanine Superlattices: Exploring Quantum Devices as a New Paradigm for Sensing Applications and Information Storage

Alexander Baker | 19-LW-028

Executive Summary

We will study and develop control of the electronic and magnetic character of phthalocyanines to promote materials design for new memory and logic concepts, and we will conduct a fundamental study of novel magnetic states. Our project will lay the groundwork for new materials innovation, applying basic science to offer new paradigms in electronic devices that support national efforts in quantum computing.
