Executive Summary
We are analyzing the results of recent nuclear-plasma interaction experiments in order to confirm measurement data indicating a small effect on nuclear reaction rates and develop new directions for a long-term theoretical study and experimental campaign at the National Ignition Facility. This project supports research in high-energy-density and nuclear science, as well as stockpile stewardship.
