Executive Summary
We are developing an optical sensor to remotely sense atmospheric properties with high resolution at much higher altitudes than currently possible. This sensor is planned for delivery to the International Space Station, but it is also suitable for low-cost missions on nanosatellites, either way contributing to improved observations in support of national defense and science goals.
