Building a Computational and Experimental Rapid Response Pipeline to Counter the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Outbreak and Emerging Biothreats

Kathryn Arrildt | 20-ERD-064

Executive Summary

In response to the current outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 and to build capabilities for future outbreaks, we will integrate computational and experimental tools into a high-throughput pipeline for the rapid identification and laboratory validation of computationally predicted therapeutic antibody candidates. If successful, the results of this project will be deployed to support current countermeasure efforts and will, in the long-term, enhance our overall readiness to respond to emerging pandemics.
