Executive Summary
Our aim with this project is to use known positions of celestial objects such as the Sun or stars, coupled with an accurate quartz clock, to develop a precise geolocation system. Because it is not possible to jam or spoof these signals, the approach is inherently robust, reliable, and of value to military and intelligence operations.
