Executive Summary

To control electromagnetic interference pollution caused by next-generation (5G) electronic communication systems, we are designing and fabricating lightweight millimeter wave absorbers made of carbon-based aerogel composites and novel magnetic nanostructures. Successful demonstration of these millimeter wave absorbers will significantly improve communication and information security.
