Using High-Dimensional Omics Data to Identify Therapeutic Strategies for Promoting Tissue Repair and Regeneration

Aimy Sebastian | 20-LW-002

Executive Summary

We will use gene profiling technology to study a special strain of mice known to be protected against injury-induced cartilage damage to determine the cellular changes associated with cartilage repair. We will then use this information to identify therapeutics to treat post-traumatic osteoarthritis, supporting national missions in biological countermeasures.
