Three-Dimensional Bioprinted Aneurysm for Intervention Modeling Validation

Monica Moya | 19-LW-006

Executive Summary

We will develop a novel platform for testing endovascular treatments that includes a bioprinted device that will model aneurysms using living cells and a powerful computational model for the prediction of aneurysm treatment outcomes. The ability to model, predict, and test personalized aneurysm treatments supports national biosecurity efforts and offers an adaptable framework for a broad array of personalized surgical intervention techniques.
