Advanced Membranes for Electrochemical Technologies
James Oakdale | 21-ERD-013
Executive Summary
This project will advance alkaline anion exchange membranes, a promising alternative to proton exchange membranes, by combining chemical synthesis and stress testing with simulations of membrane chemistry and physics. This research supports national efforts to develop clean energy applications, such as fuel cells and batteries for energy storage.
