Additively Manufactured Multilayer Laser

Executive Summary

We will evaluate the feasibility of using additive manufacturing to produce thin ceramic laser material able to operate a single mode, power scalable transparent ceramic waveguide. Results will advance our ability to produce precise spatially tailored optical ceramics needed for mission goals.
