Dual Wavelength Two-Photon Polymerization
James Oakdale | 23-ERD-027
Executive Summary
This project will advance additive manufacturing of laser target components by developing a dual wavelength two photon polymerization approach to directly meet the stringent engineering demands of inertial confinement fusion targets. A dual wavelength two photon polymerization will enhance resolution and enable multi-material printing, and if successful, this project would be a significant advancement in high precision and will address critical bottlenecks towards eventually three-dimensional printing ignition capsules in their entirety.
