Do Tetraquarks Exist? Understanding the Nature of the Mysterious Meson Candidate

Executive Summary
We will study the size of a tetraquark candidate, by considering relevant theoretical constraints and experimentally measuring the unknown size of this particle to confirm its nature. Confirming the candidate as a tetraquark state will represent the first expansion of the Standard Model of Particle Physics since the Higgs boson, and support future funded experimental efforts including the top construction priority the Electron-Ion Collider.
