Eavesdropping on Cancer: Developing Blood-Based Exosome Diagnostics

Executive Summary

We aim to develop an innovative exosome-based diagnostic method to detect the intercellular communication between all cells in a host animal in response to the presence and progression of lung cancer. This technology will have wide applications beyond cancer research to provide early diagnostic methods to many disease states and health challenges.
