Executive Summary

We will identify and reversibly modulate the expression of synergistic host genes that are critical for pandemic viral replication, using an integrated artificial intelligence and machine learning target prediction, functional validation, and advanced epigenome editing for target modulation approach. If successful, this will fundamentally change the preparedness paradigm by enabling preemptive development of a new class of broadly protective, host-targeted therapeutics.
