Cosmic Ray Investigations with National Security Detector Networks

Executive Summary

We will address one of the most prominent unresolved questions in astrophysics while simultaneously reducing false nuclear threat alarms in national security detector networks. Using data we already have access to, it may be possible to discover the origin of ultra-high energy cosmic rays.
