Modular Autonomous Experimentation for Biological Applications
Diego Oyarzun Dinamarca | 23-ERD-043
Executive Summary
We will seek to deploy Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory`s first modular autonomous experimentation system, leveraging robotics, machine learning, and modular experimentation, to accelerate the design and characterization of biomolecules for custom applications. This system will enable rapid development of technologies in support of the predictive biology initiative and the bioscience and bioengineering core competencies, specifically targeting peptides for the recovery of rare-earth elements and antimicrobial responses.
