Executive Summary

We will develop and demonstrate a multidimensional approach to advanced technology development by identifying and overcoming emergent behaviors that occur in materials and manufacturing solutions at increased throughput and performance scales. This approach will enable an accelerated ability to scale up, deploy, and demonstrate new solutions to Laboratory mission challenges.
