Dopants for High Density Carbon
Tom Braun | 21-ERD-048
Executive Summary
We will study processes required to maximize the incorporation of low-atomic-number dopants into high-energy-density carbon films using microwave, plasma-assisted, chemical vapor deposition. This work will increase our understanding and control of dopant incorporation, which is important to inertial confinement fusion and high-energy-density science experiments.
